I use Eve Taylor facials, which are based on divine-smelling aromatherapy products. I prefer these over medical-grade products unless there’s a specific skin issue like acne. Each facial includes lymphatic drainage to aid detoxification, massage to stimulate circulation and strengthen the skin’s barrier, and masks and moisturisers to enhance skin texture and appearance.

Aftercare is equally important. A balanced diet rich in healthy foods you enjoy, while reducing sugar, maximises energy levels.
