What to expect from your appointment

Before all appointments I will send you a link to my online consultation. If you require any further information I will happily chat to you on the phone or message via WhatsApp.

Please don’t arrive more than ten minutes early for your appointment. The times are strict and each appointment will end promptly regardless of whether you are late. The treatment itself will last approximately 55 minutes.

We will have a chat about your life and any concerns you would like me to help with. It’s up to you how much or little information you share – it’s all completely confidential. From there, we will decide together the best treatment for you. There’s no strict regime and I’m happy to tailor your treatment to suit your preferences. 

As a rough guide, I usually suggest, back, neck, shoulders, for the hour aromatherapy. However, I will happily incorporate legs if you like. I usually include complementary face and foot massage as part of your treatment but can omit these if you’d prefer longer on your back. Indeed if you would like the full body in the hour that’s also fine. It’s entirely up to you.

I will select products I feel will best suit your skin from the Neal’s Yard range for your facial treatment. I use hot mitts/towels as a gentler alternative to steam. 

Across all treatments I encourage you to advise me of any products/smells you don’t like or have an aversion to.

I use soft eco friendly disposable towels so that each client can be assured of high standards of cleanliness.

I recommend that you drink plenty water after your treatment and refrain from drinking caffeine or alcohol. I also suggest that you plan a relaxing day after your treatment so you can fully reap the benefits.
