There are times in life when something feels off even though, on the surface, everything might look fine.

You may feel:

  • exhausted or disconnected from yourself
  • unsure who you are beyond caring for others
  • stuck in old patterns of guilt, responsibility, or self-doubt
  • aware that you’ve changed, but not yet anchored into who you’re becoming

My coaching offers a gentle, grounded space to come back to yourself, to reconnect with your inner knowing, your body’s wisdom, and the parts of you that have been working so hard for so long.

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about remembering who you are.

My Approach

My coaching is holistic, embodied, and inward-focused.

Rather than analysing your past or pushing you toward solutions, we listen carefully to what is already present in your body, your emotions, and your inner world.

Many of us learned to survive by adapting, pleasing, holding things together, or putting ourselves last. These ways of coping were intelligent and protective at the time. In coaching, we gently acknowledge these parts of you, not to judge or get rid of them, but to understand and integrate them.

As awareness grows, something powerful happens:

  • inner conflict softens
  • self-trust strengthens
  • clarity emerges naturally
  • choices begin to feel calmer and more aligned

This work is quiet, respectful, and deeply personal.

Working With the Inner World

You may notice different “parts” of yourself:

  • a part that feels guilty when you rest
  • a part that fears letting others down
  • a part that feels angry, tired, or unheard
  • a part that longs for peace, truth, or meaning

In our sessions, we create space for these inner experiences to be seen and understood without overwhelm. When parts are met with curiosity and compassion, they no longer need to work so hard.

This allows your deeper, steadier self to lead the part of you that already knows what you need.

Body-Led and Heart-Centred

Because I work so closely with the body through Manual Lymphatic Drainage, embodiment is central to my coaching.

We pay attention to:

  • sensations in the body
  • breath and nervous system responses
  • the subtle signals of tension, release, or ease

I also draw on heart-led awareness, learning to listen inwardly rather than constantly seeking answers outside yourself. Many people describe this as finally feeling settled, whole, or at home within themselves.

Who This Coaching Is For

This coaching may be especially supportive if you:

  • are in midlife, peri-menopause, or menopause
  • feel emotionally drained after years of caring for others
  • are recovering from stress, burnout, or relational strain
  • sense you are entering a new chapter but don’t want to rush it
  • want support that feels gentle, respectful, and deeply human

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from this work. Often, people come when they feel a quiet inner nudge that something is ready to shift.

How Coaching Works

Sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis, either:

  • alongside hands-on treatments
  • or as a standalone coaching space

Each session is guided by what you bring on the day. There is no set agenda — we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for your nervous system.

This is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a reflective, coaching-based process that supports awareness, self-connection, and meaningful change.

Coaching & MLD: A Complementary Path

For some clients, coaching naturally complements Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Deep relaxation during MLD often opens space for insight, clarity, or emotional release. Coaching offers a way to gently integrate what arises — helping you make sense of your experience and support lasting change.
