My Feb Focus is wellness.
The last few months I’ve got very serious about cutting out the white noise and focusing on my own health.
I was knocked back by the dreaded lurgi just before Christmas, and it’s effects have lingered on.
Time to take back control!
My Feb Focus is….
🌟Weekly manual lymphatic drainage treatments to boost my immune system, induce deep relaxation and establish better quality sleep.
🌟12,000 steps per day to raise money for children 1st a charity that currently supports me and my family.
🌟A month of extra fitness with a friend and local trainer.
🌟Juicing! I’ve bought a juicer to give myself an injection of nutrients.
The most important thing is that it’s all fun stuff that I’ll enjoy rather than an arduous, punishing regime that I’ll resent!
